Refund और cancellation

Print jobs (customers)

• If a paid job does not print (printer fault, shop closed, wrong file), the shop can refund you in full from its dashboard. The money returns to the same UPI/card/bank account, usually within 5–7 working days.
• If you cannot reach the shop, write to support@printbyqrcode.com with your job number (for example #A27), the shop name and the date. We will help resolve it.
• Jobs that have printed correctly are not refundable unless the shop agrees.

Plans (shop owners)

• You can try the free Demo plan before paying.
• A paid plan can be cancelled with a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the shop has received fewer than 20 paid print jobs on it. Write to support@printbyqrcode.com with your Shop ID.
• After that, plans are not refundable, but they keep working until their end date.
• If a payment was taken twice by mistake, the duplicate is refunded in full.
