आपकी फाइल print होते ही server और दुकान के PC दोनों से delete हो जाती है।

What we collect

• Customers (people printing): the files you upload, your print options, and — only if you type them — your name and mobile number. You do not create an account.
• Shop owners: name, mobile number, optional email, shop name and address, optional GSTIN, prices, and details of the shop PC that runs the Print Agent (computer name, Windows version, printer names).
• Payments: processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount, method and reference — never your card, UPI PIN or bank login.

How long customer files are kept

• Uploaded files are stored privately on our server; there is no public link to them.
• The shop's PC downloads the file over an encrypted, single-use link that expires in 5 minutes.
• As soon as the file is printed it is deleted from our server and securely deleted from the shop's PC.
• Any file that was not printed (for example an unpaid upload or a failed print) is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
• We keep only job details: number of pages, copies, amount, and times. We never keep previews or copies of your documents.

How we use information

To run the printing service, to take payments and settle them to shops, to send one-time passwords and the Shop ID by SMS, to issue GST invoices, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to provide support. We do not sell personal data and do not use documents for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

Razorpay (payments), our SMS provider (OTP and Shop ID messages), and our hosting provider — each only as needed to provide the service. A customer's name and mobile number, if given, are shown to the shop that prints the job.

Your rights

Shop owners can update their details in the dashboard or ask us to delete their account. Customers can ask about any job by writing to support@printbyqrcode.com.
